Attorney Michael Doherty is chairman for Citizens for New Franklin High School. “Our theme really is, the need is real and the time is right,” said Michael Doherty, “With the citizens only paying $47 million of that price tag, at a time when construction costs are low, at a time when interest rates are low, we think this is the right time.”
There will be a special vote in Franklin on March 27th for approval of the funds to build the high school vs. repairing the existing structure. More information regarding this campaign can been found at the Milforddailynews.com and WickedLocal.com.
