Maria L. Rockwell
Maria L. Rockwell graduated cum laude from Suffolk University Law School and summa cum laude from Providence College. Thereafter, Ms. Rockwell served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Justices of the Massachusetts Probate and Family Court for three years. As a Judicial Law Clerk, Ms. Rockwell worked directly with the Justices, conducting research and writing on a wide variety of probate, family and equity issues - often on cases of first impression. Ms. Rockwell's practice areas include, but are not limited to, trial and appellate advocacy on civil matters, divorce, paternity, child custody, child support, will contests, guardianships, civil litigation, and disputes involving trusts and trustees.
