Craig A. Ciechanowski
Craig A. Ciechanowski concentrates his practice in the areas of land use and development, transactional and general corporate matters. He frequently represents clients before municipal and state boards in connection with the development of complex real estate projects including multi-use commercial buildings, retail centers, office buildings and industrial and warehouse facilities.He also represents institutional lenders and borrowers in both commercial and residential loan transactions, as well as foreclosures and workouts, and is an approved title agent for two national title insurance companies.
In addition, Mr. Ciechanowski represents a wide variety of businesses, including large corporations, family-owned businesses, venture capital-backed and privately funded start-ups, limited liability companies, professional corporations, partnerships and sole proprietorships, in connection with their initial start-up, mergers, acquisitions, sales and financing.
Mr. Ciechanowski is a 1984 summa cum laude graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. He is a 1987 graduate of Northeastern University Law School.
Mr. Ciechanowski is a former Chairman of the Town of Walpole Conservation Commission and is a former member of the Board of Directors of the Walpole Branch of the YMCA of Greater Boston.
