Craig A. Ciechanowski
Craig A. Ciechanowski concentrates his practice in the areas of transactional and general corporate matters as well as land use and development. He represents institutional lenders and borrowers in commercial loan transactions, as well as foreclosures and workouts. He frequently represents clients before municipal and state boards in connection with the development and leasing of complex real estate projects including multi-use commercial buildings, retail centers, office buildings and industrial and warehouse facilities.
In addition, Mr. Ciechanowski represents a wide variety of businesses, including large corporations, family-owned businesses, venture capital-backed and privately funded start-ups, limited liability companies, professional corporations, partnerships and sole proprietorships, in connection with their initial start-up, mergers, acquisitions, sales and financing.
Mr. Ciechanowski is the present Chair of the Board of Directors of The League School of Greater, Boston, Inc., is Vice President of the Walpole Youth Lacrosse League and is the Treasurer of the First Congregational Church of Norwood. He is a former Chairman of the Town of Walpole Conservation Commission and a former member of the Board of Directors of the Walpole Branch of the YMCA of Greater Boston.
