Attorney Virginia Connelly practices in all areas of civil litigation, including but not limited to employment and business disputes, landlord-tenant disputes, and probate and family litigation (divorce, custody, fiduciary litigation and will contests). Attorney Connelly represents clients in state and federal courts, in addition to other forums including the MCAD, and Ethics Commission. Attorney Connelly is also certified to provide limited representation in family law matters for clients who are pro se and serves as a Probate and Family Court Conciliator in Middlesex and Norfolk County. Prior to joining Doherty, Ciechanowski, Dugan & Cannon, P.C., Attorney Connelly practiced at a boutique Norwood firm and two downtown Boston firms in the areas of domestic relations, civil litigation and insurance defense.
Attorney Connelly received a B.A. in Political Science from Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, Virginia and graduated cum laude from Suffolk Law School in 1997. Attorney Connelly is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and Norfolk Bar Association. She is active in her community as an Art Docent in the Walpole Public Schools and volunteers with the Boyden Elementary School Parent Advisory Committee. She has served for several years as a catechist at St. Timothy’s Catholic Church in Norwood, Massachusetts and as a volunteer fundraiser for the Boston Children’s Hospital Trust and the American Liver Foundation.
Attorney Connelly resides in Walpole with her husband and two children.
